Center Stage isn’t your typical performance.
It’s a space where we are re-defining what it means to be seen.
People don’t come with the intention of impressing anyone. They come to stay present with whatever comes up when they’re the center of attention.
It’s where you get to practice being seen exactly as you are—nerves and all—by people who are doing the same thing.
Every first and third Sunday of the month from
7-8:30pm.
Performer ticket $28
Audience ticket $10
Cancel before 48 hours for a refund. Due to the small nature of these events, cancellations less than 48 hrs or no shows are final sale.

Can I wear heels?
Yes! You can wear whatever you like as long as they are not outside shoes.
Do I choose my own song?
You can choose your own song or you can ask someone to choose a song for you.
What can I expect?
Think of it like a pole jam with a few of your friends! A supportive group of people that are not here to judge, but to make you feel seen. The session starts with intros and a warm up and then a warm up dance. After that, you'll have the opportunity to dance solo twice (sometimes 3 times). You can choose the stage lights and what you want the audience to do (you can have us all close our eyes!). You can film or you can not be filmed.
