"From the very first session, I knew there would be a very clear 'before' and 'after' in my life"

Feeling tired, overwhelmed, and like things are never enough isn't the product of a busy schedule
It's what happens when you're constantly performing and living in your head. It's what happens when you're forcing and controlling everything in your life. It's what happens when you let fear control how you live.
That's not a coincidence. It's your brain subconsciously bringing you back into survival mode.
The problem is you might know this. You might have done all the work to learn exactly what's going on and what you have to do. But its the action that keeps you where you are.

You're taking action, but it's not the kind of action that makes you uncomfortable.
You might not even know what that action would be. Because you're smart. And the smarter you are, the better your brain is at tricking you into staying stuck. The greatest fears never feel like fear, they feel like logic.
And that is living in your head.
1:1 coaching is where I can help you move from your current identity into your new one. It's where I help you go from stuck moving inch by inch to flowing and leaping through life.
You'll know this is possible for you when I show you how to feel the action in your body and move on it instead of succumb to your default programming. I show you what it feels like when your default programming comes up and what it feels like to be bigger than your autopilot. I'll show you how you can install this new action into your body so that it becomes something you just DO and no longer something you have to REMEMBER.

I always knew I had music within me that I wanted to share with the world. I spent the majority of my early career working at tech giants like Facebook, Uber, Coinbase, and Dropbox as a product designer.
I liked it. And that's the problem. It gave me clout. It gave me convenience and stability. And I liked those things.
It took me years to build the self trust to leave that career and jump into the unknown. I had no plan A and no plan B.
But I was finally up for the challenge.
Which is what has led me to be here today.
Everything in my life has been asking me to do one thing: set myself free.
Free from the everyday need for things to be a certain way, for people to see me a certain way, and from any of the holding back and filtering that I was so accustomed to.
Dance became the container that I could have the LIVED EXPERIENCE of dropping the performance and feeling free to be myself.
Movement became the action—because the way you dance is the way you live.
I'm here to show you that if you can dance with freedom, then you can live with that too.
